New 2D micro-HPLC system performs sensitive separation of complex peptide mixtures. The capillary-to-microflow system, co-developed by Shimadzu Scientific Instruments and the National Institutes of Health, separates complex peptide mixtures with resolution that complements present 2D gel electrophoresis.
